Hautelook Purchases -- YAY CARDIGANS!!

My last order from Hautelook hasn't arrived yet (but it's been scheduled to arrive during the beginning to middle of May!), but Hautelook had another Sunday night blowout, and since I had about $60 worth of credit left over, I decided to go shopping. This week's themed event (I guess it's a theme?) was specific colors. There were a Basic Black: Always Elegant, Going Grey: Sleek Styles, Classic Whites: Color Blowout, The Best Browns: Rich Neutrals, Red Hot: Pops of Color, and Feeling Blue: Cool Hues events. I really wanted to add some color to my wardrobe, so I checked out the red and blue events first, but didn't find anything I liked and settled with the whites and grays (which are good, basic colors, right!? lol. I can always wear bright colors underneath these basics). I only spent about 25 minutes shopping these events, which is quick for me. Got in and got out, lol.

Anywhere, here's what I bought:

Sweet Romeo Striped Button Front Cardigan
Regular price: $48
My price: $10

It has small buttons on the front, and looks light and nice for school.

Sweet Romeo Long Sleeve Open Cardigan
Regular price: $72
My price: $10

I like the narrow sleeves on this one and the nautical vibe.

Sweet Romeo Cascade Ruffle Open Front Cardigan
Regular price: $68
My price: $20

I like the elongated front on this one. Nice and drapey.

Sweet Romeo Curve Front Open Cardigan
Regular price: $12
My price: $62

I didn't snag this one right away, and when I went back to look at it it was on hold. SO I kept refreshing the page 'till my size showed up! I love the curve of this one.

This was another cardigan I reaaaaaaallly wanted, but it had been on hold for a while, and my items were expiring (you only have 15 minutes to keep your items in your cart!)

I really liked the buckle on this one, but I guess some things just aren't meant to be!

Between last week's order, and this week's, I'm waiting on the arrival of one shirt, one pair of ponte pants, and a total of seven cardigans! The total spent out of pocket on both this and last week's clothes was only $27.50. WHICH IS CRAZY GOOD! (I purchased a voucher from Plum District, $25 for $50 worth of merchandise (I also had a 10% discount for this), my first order from Hautelook was unable to be fulfilled so they gave me $20 per item purchased in credit, and I paid $5 this order after my credit was applied).

ALL IN ALL, they were super good deals, and I'm really looking forward to both receiving my clothing, and continuing to shop at Hautelook!

Latest Hautelook Purchases

I LOVE Hautelook's Sunday night blowouts! They're nearly every Sunday at 7pm eastern or 4pm pacific. Hautelook typically offers extremely good prices on designer clothing, but on Sunday nights, the prices are insanely affordable! The only problem with it is that you need to be quick, and the earlier you are the better, because the pickings become slim later on in the night. Shipping is typically $7.95, which is considered a lot for most sample sale sites. Also, the shipping time is super long, (something about how they first need to get the clothing from the manufacturer, and then once your entire order is at the Hautelook warehouse, they'll ship it to you) but that's what you get with clothes at these prices!

Although my last Hautelook order didn't exactly go too well, I decided to try again this Sunday night because I had about $130 in credit. These were my purchases:

ALEXIS Mirabelle Cardigan in Grey
Regular price: $200
My price: $16

Sweet Romeo Long Sleeve Grandfather Button Cardigan in Navy
Regular price: $68
My price: $10

My Tribe Beka Cardigan
Regular price: $139
My price: $16

Just another picture of the same cardigan. It has a cute feminine ruffle on the back.

Costa Blanca Cowl Neck Tunic

Regular price: $46
My price: $10

My Tribe Slim Pointe Pant
Regular price: $95
My price: $5

I actually split these into two orders, because I thought I was done shopping, and then I went back and found that some of the items that I wanted and were on hold were available. I did have to pay double shipping though, but the prices are really good, so it'll make up for that! I'm hoping everything gets delivered this time, and my last order doesn't repeat itself!

Hautelook Order

About 10 days ago, I created an order on Hautelook because I had a voucher that I purchased from Plum District for $25 to get $50 on Hautelook. Since it was going to expire soon, and Hautelook had a HUGE blowout, I matched the two up to pick up some great deals on designer clothing! I purchased:

a Pure & Simple Oversized Short Sleeve Top.

Regular price: $50
My price: $10

a Romeo & Juliet Couture Button Shoulder V-Neck Sweater

Regular price: $128
My price: $15

a Wildfox Couture Splatter Flashdance Sweatshirt

Regular price: $88
My price: $18

a Splendid Light Jersey Cardigan

Regular price: $63
My price: $13

Shipping was $8.95, which was pretty pricey, but distributed throughout each item made it only about $2.25 per item, which isn't that bad. (I think it's less when purchasing beauty items)

I had been happy about this until today when I found out that three of my four items were short shipped, which basically means the brands were unable to deliver the inventory they originally promised. Hautelook emailed me, and told me my credit card will be refunded, the remains of my $50 voucher will be reinstated as credit (which is better than a voucher, because credits don't have expiration dates and can be used for shipping, unlike my voucher!). PLUS, I received $20 credit for each item that was short shipped.

Even though I'm upset that I'm not receiving the clothes I originally ordered, the $20 credit per item is nice. I'm gonna continue searching for good deals and blowouts on Hautelook.
